Just a reminder that I have got fed up with "unknown" or "anonymous" responses and that my policy is not to publish them when they are submitted. There was too much aggressive trolling going on, from people who are not prepared to identify themselves. I have to be even-handed, so I'm blocking "friendly" unsigned comments too. So if you have something to say, just sign your comment and take ownership of it. I will then take it seriously and respond as appropriate. Thank you!
