"The Old Stones" up for Archaeo Book of the Year

Pleasing message from Andy Burnham, which I am very happy to pass on:

You may have already heard this but we have been nominated for Book of the
Year by Current Archaeology Magazine, which is decided by public vote. If you
can help us with a vote that would be much appreciated, or possibly mention it
on your blog. The voting closes on the 11th Feb
https://www.archaeology.co.uk/vote

If you'd like to see some of our reviews

Finally, it's being reprinted after only 6 months of sales, English Heritage
are stocking it and you should find a copy in your local Waterstones and 'all
good bookshops' as the saying goes...

As  far as I am concerned, it deserves success.  It was a hugely ambitious undertaking from Andy and the publishers, involving a very big risk.  So, as one small publkisher to another, more power to your elbow!
