I'll report on the dating techniques and the meaning of the dates when I have more info to hand.
As PeteG has told us previously, this appeared on "the Sky At Night" on various channels of BBC up until today (Saturday).
ReplyDeleteIt is curious that, if Colt Hoar knew anything at all about this meteorite, he did not mention it in his notes or his Museum at Stourhead. Apparently, he did help Edward Duke with excavations on the latter's land north of Lake House.
