Perched blocks, balanced boulders, castle copjes, teetering crags. They are quirky or freaky, for sure, but there are plenty of them on Planet Earth.BRIAN JOHNhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00413447032454568083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1228690739485734684.post-6898874342344110162015-03-13T22:28:42.286+00:002015-03-13T22:28:42.286+00:00Brian,

Unless it was so perfectly balanced and set erect that way originally.

I am seriously intrigued how such a huge thing can be so erect so balanced for so long! Can Nature do that?

KostasConstantinos Ragazasnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1228690739485734684.post-1376507671046436752015-03-13T19:27:35.527+00:002015-03-13T19:27:35.527+00:00I should have used the word "edge" rathe...I should have used the word "edge" rather than "corner." if you Google this boulder you'll see lots of photos -- it looks very spectacular from this viewpoint, and less so from others. I reckon that when it was emplaced it was partly embedded in smaller blocks and finer debris, most of which has been cleaned away by those who were intent on turning it into a tourist attraction.....BRIAN JOHNhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00413447032454568083noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1228690739485734684.post-87423613690779845742015-03-13T18:42:07.386+00:002015-03-13T18:42:07.386+00:00Brian,
