I have been keeping up latel...Greetings Mr. John. <br /><br />I have been keeping up lately with the Nash et al, examination of the Stonehenge cores removed in 1958 and returned to the crown. Mr. Nash examined them for chemical composition and I was surprised at the description and photomicrographs produced as the result of his work. I was struck by the similarity between my samples and the Stonehenge samples. I am working on cometary and stellar grain particles so I believe that perhaps Stonehenge may be more important than we know, because thee match is stunning to say the least. Unfortunately there has been a blind spot regarding the geomorphological possibilities.<br /><br />Personally I believe glaciers moved the stones to Whitland from whence they were pulled on sledges along the A40.
